Yes. Each participant completes the CliftonStrengths assessment with the Full 34 results prior to the session. This ensures everyone comes prepared with their personalized results..

Ignite works well with groups of approximately 8 - 40 participants. This allows for meaningful interaction while still benefiting from shared perspectives.
