Each Student's Strengths Profile is Unique

Every student receives individualized CliftonStrengths results. No two students share the same Top 5 in the same order, with nearly 33 million possible combinations.

This helps students see that their talents are uniquely their own and worth developing.

ACTIVATE is a strengths-based experience designed for high school students (ages 15+). Students complete the CliftonStrengths assessment and participate in guided sessions that help them understand their natural talents, build confidence, and connect their strengths to future opportunities.
ACTIVATE includes four interactive sessions, typically about 60 minutes each. These sessions guide students through discovering, developing, and applying their strengths in school, leadership, and future planning.

Yes. Each student completes the CliftonStrengths assessment prior to the sessions and receives their individualized Top 5 strengths report.
