A strengths-based program helping high school students discover their talents and apply them to learning, leadership, and future plans.

Helping Students Discover What They Do Best

ACTIVATE is designed as a multi-session experience so students have time to reflect, apply, and build confidence. Through guided sessions, students gain clarity about who they are and how their strengths connect to learning, leadership, and future direction.

Each Student's Strengths Profile is Unique

Every student receives individualized CliftonStrengths results. No two students share the same Top 5 in the same order, with nearly 33 million possible combinations.

This helps students see that their talents are uniquely their own and worth developing.
