Brenda Jochum is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and founder of Strengths Connection, where she helps youth, next-gen leaders, and teams across generations unlock their God-given potential. She holds a Master’s degree in Youth Development from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and brings over 30 years of experience in higher education and employer engagement.
Her top strengths—Connectedness, Responsibility, Ideation, Belief, and Learner—reflect a thoughtful, creative, and values-driven style. Whether she’s working with her own children and their friends or guiding workplace teams, Brenda creates meaningful space for insight and growth.
